Even though I’ve been hosting Christmas dinners for over 4 decades, there’s still room for error. #multitaskingfail
Yep, that’s right… mishaps in the Truffle Kitchen! I was fixing 2 gluten free dishes (sweet potato casserole and dressing) at the same time! Both bowls were next to me with my large Tupperware of sugar. I dipped my one cup measure into the sugar and before I could stop myself, I dumped it straight into the bowl of dressing! I had to scrap the dressing and start over.
Hopefully, your Christmas meal was short on mishaps and long on flavor. Aside from Christmas dinner bloopers, I’m thankful our entire family was able to be together. “Best Christmas Ever” was an expression repeated throughout the day by each family member.
It has been 17 months since Kristin & I started Connie’s Truffle House. We hope you know how much your support means to us!

Most of all, we remember the reason for the season… the Birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ.

Love y’all,

This year Keira helped me decorate the table for Christmas dinner. Didn’t she do a great job helping her Mimi?
