By the way, while Lauren and I are tasting the pie, I say it’s gluten…that was WRONG! Y’all know I wouldn’t be eating a gluten pie crust! It was my homemade gluten free crust using Cup 4 Cup GF Flour. Store bought gluten free pie crusts work just fine, as well.
