Believe me, it’s taken years to find g/f food items that I like! When I was diagnosed in 2003 with Celiac, it was slim pickins!
Today, it’s pretty impressive to shop for g/f items in most grocery stories. If you’re a g/f shopper, you may agree that it’s still Hit or Miss, but for the most part, it’s a “Hit”!

The Williams Sonoma cup4cup flour is awesome! I can’t wait to share my g/f pancakes using the WS flour with the Almond Flour. My family likes them better than gluten pancakes! The surprise is the outer crunch! Stay tuned!
I love all of these different brands of shortbread cookies. I use a combo of all three for my g/f cheesecake crust. We’re going to make one of my favorite cheesecakes closer to the holidays.
