Connie’s Blogging!

You probably know my favorite room in our house is THE KITCHEN!  For those who know me well, my favorite thing to make is DESSERT.  So, it was easy to come up with a name for my blog… CONNIE’S TRUFFLE HOUSE! I was considering Connie’s Truffle Kitchen, but my daughter, Kristin, reminded me my blog will be more than recipes.

Many of you probably plan the main course first when planning a dinner party, right? NOT ME! The first thing I think of is DESSERT!  Yep – I’m a believer in “Eat Dessert First in case you get full on the main course!”

So here begins a new adventure with my daughter, Kristin! Making these videos and writing this blog with Kristin gives me Great Joy.  I can’t wait to share our times in the kitchen with y’all.  Our videos are full of surprises… you’ll see my husband, Bill, and our dog, Abby, may bark or sneak into a frame or two.  Of course, our grandkiddos, Marco & Keira, bake with me.
